How to Delete Your Account
At OwlSpark AI, we respect your right to control your data. If you would like to request the deletion of your account and all associated data, you can do so through the following method:
Email Request
Send an email to driftvelocity.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - OwlSpark AI".
Please include the email address associated with your account in the email body to help us process your request faster.
What Data will be Deleted?
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following data from our active systems:
- Firebase User Data: All your account identifiers and linked profile information.
- Financial Data: Purchased credit history and transaction logs stored in our system (note: transaction records may still be maintained by Google Play for legal and tax compliance).
Data Retention Policy
Once you request account deletion, we will process your request within 48 to 72 hours. Please note:
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your credits and history.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention or billing record compliance).
